Calm and Finedoesn’t have accounts, and we don’t run a server-side database. Every game runs entirely in your browser. This page explains what little data the site does touch.
Local storage
We use your browser’s local storage — not sent to us or anyone else — to remember your theme (dark/light), sound preference, your cookie-consent choice, and your best scores for each game. Clearing your browser’s site data removes all of it.
Cookies, ads & analytics
The site is ad-supported, which helps keep every game free. We use Google AdSense to show ads and Google Analytics to measure traffic, both of which may set cookies or use similar technology. No ad actually loads, and no ad or analytics cookie is set, until you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — declining keeps them off.
We also use Vercel Analytics to see aggregate traffic like page views — it’s cookieless and doesn’t track you individually, but we still only enable it after you accept the cookie banner, consistent with everything else on this page.
Children’s privacy
Calm and Fine is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
